Air Quality Specialist
Position Summary: The Air Quality Specialist position is integral to support Foundation’s mission to provide clean and affordable energy. The position will focus on oil and gas facility air permitting, compliance, and reporting activities along with developing an emissions reduction program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Maintain a working knowledge of current and upcoming applicable state and federalenvironmental rules and regulations for onshore oil and gas production.
•Manage emissions inventories and annual greenhouse gas reporting.
•Manage air compliance programs such as LDAR, engine testing and preventativemaintenance.
•Develop and assist in implementing corrective action plans.
•Manage all aspects of permitting oil and gas facilities.
•Interact with government agencies to represent Foundation and maintain a relationship whileensuring permitting and compliance correspondence are progressing on schedule.
•Build and maintain a working relationship with the Operations and Engineering teams.
•Prioritize multiple projects in multiple regions and allocate resources appropriately to meet allproject and compliance deadlines.
•Anticipate and communicate potential air quality implications of development and operationalchanges.

-Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
-Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis skills, and technicaltranslation skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adjust quickly to changes in priorities.
-Ability to read, comprehend, interpret, communicate, and consistently apply environmentalrules and regulations.
-Strong math, science, and computer skills.
Education/Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree required.
-Chemical or Petroleum Engineering degree preferred.
-3 years or more experience in environmental air permitting and compliance working directlyrelated to Oil and Gas upstream operations.
